Real Estate Trustee (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Management thanks to first-class leadership skills
- Support of the property management teams
- Responsibility for a very diverse real estate portfolio
- Monitoring of initial and subsequent lettings
- Assessment of property life cycles and the necessity of maintenance and renovation measures
- Advising clients on the sale and marketing of properties
- Handling legal matters related to sales and rental contracts and coordination with authorities
- Planning of budget and finances, risk management, quality and personnel management
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a federally certified real estate trustee or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience as a real estate trustee or in a similar field
- Sound knowledge of the real estate market as well as legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Independent, structured working style and high service orientation
- Good German language skills, additional language skills advantageous
