Your Responsibilities
- Management of the technical department with the maintenance, line mechanics and upkeep teams comprising 6 employees
- Planning and coordination of personnel resources and assignments in the mechanics area
- Prioritisation and coordination of malfunctions, maintenance work and technical projects
- Leadership, promotion and professional development of employees
- Ensuring high plant availability and smooth production processes
- Continuous optimisation of existing production and packaging systems
Your Profile
- Completed technical basic training, for example as a polymechanic, automation technician, production mechanic or in a comparable profession
- Further training at HF/FH level, e.g. technician HF, mechanical engineering HF/FH, industrial foreman or similar
- Several years of professional experience in engineering and maintenance in a manufacturing industrial company
- Experience in handling complex production and packaging systems
- Sound knowledge of mechanics and pneumatics; ideally complemented by knowledge of automation
- Good knowledge in the area of preventive maintenance and spare parts management is desirable
