Your Tasks
- Accompanying and supporting our residents in practical life skills
- Promoting the participation of our residents in community and social life
- Building and maintaining social contacts and skills
- Conducting daily and weekly structured activities
- Creating individual assistance/overall plans and development reports
- Supporting clients in dealings with institutions and authorities
- Building and developing a client-oriented network
- Documenting the services provided
- Independent organisational tasks
- Taking on tasks in the area of quality management
- Participating in team meetings, supervisions, overall/assistance plan discussions and further training
Your Profile
- Completed studies in Social Work, Psychology or Education (Bachelor, Diploma, Master) or training in educational services
- Experience working with people with severe and very severe mental illnesses and forensic clientele
- Appreciative attitude and resident-oriented approach to work
- Creativity, teamwork, flexibility and commitment
- Strong social skills and communication abilities
- Independent and self-responsible working style
