Clerk: Finance/Accounting 80% - 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Managing cash control (checking cash balance, system entry, reconciliation)
- Preparation, posting and reconciliation of liquidity accounts (including recording, payment posting, approval of payments)
- Subsidiary ledger reconciliations LSV / MARKANT (payment posting, clearing, discrepancy investigations)
- Posting of supplier invoices
- Assistance with monthly, half-year and annual financial statements
- Inventory support
- Posting of expense receipts
Your profile:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (or equivalent qualification)
- You have initial experience in finance and accounting
- You have very good MS Office and SAP skills
- You are a resilient, reliable, careful and precise person with good analytical thinking skills
- You have confident German language skills and good knowledge of French
