The Wetzikon School
is one of the largest elementary schools in the Zurich Oberland and is conveniently accessible by public transport. Intern for School and After-School Care with 42:00 WS
We are looking from August 17, 2026 for at least 6 months, preferably 1 year, for our Robenhausen Primary School an
Employment level: 88.80% with 42:00 weekly working hours
As an intern at Robenhausen School, you are part of our after-school care and school assistance team and support children during school lessons as well as in their free time. You help with the lunch table, during afternoon care, or perform any necessary tasks. In addition, you relieve and support teachers in school situations that require intensive care (e.g., integration of special needs students or a kindergarten class excursion to the forest). Furthermore, you are involved in homework supervision and assist teachers or school administrations with small administrative tasks if needed.

Your new school
The Robenhausen school unit runs 18 classes with around 370 children and is led by a motivated school management team. In addition to the 12 grade classes, there are four spacious kindergartens on the school grounds. Our playground is surrounded by various school buildings and is also actively used by the neighborhood population during free time. The Stegen kindergarten (with a spacious play area) and the Robank external site (grades 1–3) complement our school unit. "We all contribute to making sure we feel comfortable at school." This motto is central to us. Whether teacher, specialist, after-school care manager, janitor, school social worker, or school management; we enjoy working at Robenhausen and support each other. We are role models for students because learning is only possible in a tension-free atmosphere.

The team leader of the day structure is your direct supervisor, an important contact person who accompanies and supports you. Your work is varied, engaging, and interesting.
