Clerk at the Debt Enforcement Office (80–100 %)

In this versatile role, you will undertake the following activities, among others:

• Providing information from the debt enforcement register
• Issuing payment orders/bankruptcy warnings and their delivery
• Counter and telephone service
• Enforcement of seizures and preparation of seizure certificates and loss certificates
• Assisting with the enforcement of arrests, retentions, property administrations and realisations
• Fieldwork as part of a team, especially deliveries and enforcement actions on site (a vehicle for fieldwork is available)
• Independent case management

• Completed commercial basic training
• Professional experience in a debt enforcement office is an advantage
• A flair for numbers as well as precise and structured working methods
• Empathetic manner, assertiveness and resilience
• Enjoyment in contact with people
• Possession of a category B driving licence is an advantage
