Employee Property, Liability and Travel Insurance in Claims Management 80-100% (all genders)
What you will achieve:
Coordination of service partners, primarily in the area of property, liability and travel insurance.
Reviewing and processing claims files in the area of property, liability and travel insurance.
Fact-finding, liability and coverage assessments as well as damage calculations.
Interface to stakeholders (departments, external service providers, insurance companies, customers, injured parties, lawyers, authorities).
Participation in projects, e.g. the introduction of new claims settlement and interface systems.
How you will impress us:
You have completed commercial training in an insurance company or a comparable further education successfully.
You have professional experience in claims handling in the non-life sector; preferably in property and liability insurance.
You do not hesitate to make independent decisions and are a team player with a strong solution orientation.
You appreciate a structured and efficient way of working with a strong customer and service orientation.
You have already gained professional experience in the insurance industry and are eager to be part of an innovative and collegial team within a demanding role.
You speak and write fluent German. English and other Swiss national languages (FR/IT) would be an advantage.
You value exemplary manners and a confident appearance just as much as we do.
