Your tasks
- Responsible for 1st and 2nd level support in the areas of M365 Collaboration and IT applications
- Efficient handling of support tickets (faults and service requests)
- Management of standard configurations in M365
- Conducting onboarding and offboarding of users for M365
- Support with rollouts and implementation of new solutions (operational)
- Implementation of solutions based on defined concepts and architectures
- Training and support of end users
- Participation in projects in clearly defined operational roles
Your profile
- Completed IT training
- Experience in IT support (1st/2nd level)
- Good knowledge of M365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
- Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Entra ID, Active Directory and Intune is desirable
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
