Job description

In an international and dynamic environment, you contribute to the success of the OMEGA boutique at Zurich Airport by:

Welcoming and advising our multicultural clientele with high competence, professionalism, and enthusiasm to create an unforgettable customer experience
Ensuring flawless presentation of products, shop windows, and sales areas according to brand standards
Handling the cash register, transactions, and inventory management with care and accuracy
Paying attention to the organization and cleanliness of the sales rooms, back office, and storage areas
Sharing important information with the team to optimize service quality and promote a harmonious working atmosphere

Profile

You have good knowledge of the watch industry, jewelry industry, or the field of high-quality consumer goods
You have experience in sales or customer consulting and understand the requirements of the industry

Professional requirements

You are both independent and an excellent team player
You demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a high willingness to learn
