What to expect:
- Production of a diverse range from patisserie to cakes, as well as traiteur and confectionery products
- Deputising for the head of the pastry & confectionery department during their absence
- Supporting the department head in leading a team of around 12 employees including apprentices
- Co-responsibility for efficient production processes and economical goods and inventory management
- Ensuring hygiene and order in the department as well as compliance with internal quality standards
What you bring:
- Completed training as a baker-pastry chef-confectioner EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in pastry or confectionery
- Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
- Confident handling of production processes as well as a structured and proactive working style
- High personal responsibility and motivation to develop professionally and personally
- Strong quality and hygiene awareness
- Enjoyment of work in pastry & confectionery and a confident and appreciative manner with people
