This is what awaits you:

• Production of a versatile range from pastries to cakes to traiteur and confectionery products
• Deputizing for the head of the pastry & confectionery department during their absence
• Supporting the department head in leading the team of around 12 employees including apprentices
• Co-responsibility for efficient production processes as well as economical goods and inventory management
• Ensuring hygiene and order in the department as well as compliance with internal quality standards

This is what you bring:

• Completed training as a pastry chef-confectioner EFZ or baker-pastry chef EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in pastry or confectionery
• Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
• Confident handling of production processes as well as a structured and proactive working style
• High personal responsibility and motivation to develop professionally and personally
• Strong quality and hygiene awareness
• Enjoyment of working in pastry & confectionery as well as a confident and appreciative manner with people
