About the job

For our client in the Olten region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated and experienced ventilation system installer or service technician in the field of ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration technology.

This varied position offers you an interesting combination of practical technical work and administrative tasks in the office. In addition to the maintenance and servicing of sophisticated systems, you will also take on the planning, preparation, and documentation of technical work.

You will work at a fixed location, take on personal responsibility, and together with an experienced team ensure safe and reliable system operation.

Your Tasks

• Installation, maintenance, and servicing of complex ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
• Carrying out inspections, functional tests, and regular measurements
• Independent analysis and sustainable resolution of technical faults
• Participation in new installations, conversions, and commissioning
• Mechanical maintenance of fans, bearings, belt drives, and shafts
• Planning, preparation, and coordination of technical maintenance work
• Creation and updating of work documents and technical documentation
• Administrative and organisational tasks in the office
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and occupational health regulations
• Close collaboration with an experienced team with high technical competence

Your Profile

• Completed training as a ventilation system installer EFZ or in a comparable mechanical profession
• Several years of professional experience in the field of ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration technology
• Further training as a service technician ventilation/air conditioning is an advantage
• Knowledge of measurement, control, and regulation technology
• Experience in mechanical maintenance of technical systems is an advantage
• Confident reading and understanding of technical plans and schematics
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Good organisational skills and enjoyment of administrative tasks
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style
• High safety and quality awareness
• Team-oriented, reliable, and motivated personality
