Today, we are looking for a

Medical Secretary at 50%

to complete our team from 1st January 2027.

The 50% workload is spread over half-days, Monday to Friday.

Could it be you?

Your duties:

• Managing the admissions and discharges of residents in short and long stays, as well as beneficiaries of the CAT and tenants of adapted apartments;
• Ensuring the general administrative follow-up of residents and CAT beneficiaries,
• Managing, maintaining and monitoring residents’ medical records;
• Managing billing related to the concerned services;
• Administrative coordination with various internal and external contacts related to the files handled.

Your background so far:

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a medical assistant, community health and care assistant (ASSC), a nursing diploma, or a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee with experience in the medical field, or any other equivalent qualification;
• You have initial experience in the medical, medico-social field or in a similar administrative role;
• You are a rigorous, organised, autonomous person comfortable handling confidential data, with a good sense of collaboration and interpersonal skills;
• You enjoy working in a team while being capable of managing your files independently. You know how to keep calm, smile, and ideally, your sense of humour when the days do not quite go according to plan.
