We are looking for a deputy operations manager operational (a) by arrangement

Here is what you will do

You represent the operations manager in his absence
You are responsible for hotel administration including reservation handling and correspondence
You share responsibility for the active sale of hotel rooms and price maintenance
You lead the housekeeping and service staff
You share responsibility for the entire administration

What we expect from you

You have a qualification from a Swiss hotel management school or a comparable education
You are familiar with the gastronomy/hotel industry
You bring initial leadership experience
You have very good German language skills
You are open, motivated and enjoy working in a team
