What awaits you
At ESCHBAL, around 30 people develop and produce high-quality window systems and system components for wood/metal windows and lift-and-slide doors with Swiss quality. As a workshop employee in metal construction, you are the heart of our production:

• You assemble and process aluminium frames according to sketches and technical plans
• take on general metalworking tasks such as sawing, punching, milling, riveting and drilling
• ensure compliance with our quality standards and timely availability
• carry out goods incoming and outgoing inspections
• work independently and take real responsibility for your area of work
• and can gradually take on leadership responsibility for a group of employees if suitable

What you bring

• Experience in metalworking and thus professional competence
• Physical resilience and enjoyment of manual work
• Precise, independent and efficient way of working
• Quality awareness, flexibility and reliability
• Enjoyment of teamwork and close collaboration
• Flawless German language skills
• Forklift licence and driving licence (advantageous)
