About the job

The Regional Care Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be comprehensively modernized in the coming years through new construction and renovations and supplemented with 86 new senior apartments.

The dementia department currently accommodates 72 and will in the future accommodate 170 residents. The care departments are operated according to the 3-world model by Dr. Christoph Held.

To cover our peak times, we are looking for flexible employees on an hourly wage basis for the following shifts:

• Morning shift: 08:00 – 10:30
• Evening shift: 18:00 – 20:00

Working days: Monday to Sunday (by arrangement and need)

Health and Social Assistance EBA or SRK Nursing Assistant (m/f/d)

Dementia Department, hourly basis

You will support us by:

• Supporting our care team during peak times in the morning and evening – where many hands are needed
• Giving our residents with dementia valuable attention and care
• Actively assisting: with personal care, supporting our residents with eating, mobility, and daily activities
• Ensuring our residents have a good start to the day or a calm end in the evening
• Working hand in hand with the care team and taking on simple nursing measures
• Observing attentively and passing on important information to the team

You can convince us with:

• A completed training as Health & Social Assistance EBA, SRK Nursing Assistant, or an equivalent recognized qualification
• Experience in long-term care and dealing with residents with dementia
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• An empathetic, innovative, flexible, and cheerful personality with a solution-oriented way of thinking and acting
