Our client is an established organisation in the service sector and supports companies as well as their customers with various administrative matters. Together we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an Accounting Clerk 80–100%. In this versatile role, you can expect a wide range of tasks and, together with your colleagues, contribute to smooth financial accounting. The workplace in Bern is easily accessible by public transport as well as by car.

Your tasks with the new employer

• Processing accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger accounting are among your main tasks
• You prepare and monitor the weekly payment runs, including dunning and account reconciliations
• You assist with monthly, half-year and annual financial statements and support audits
• You take on tasks in the area of securities accounting

You offer your new employer

• You have completed a commercial basic education; further training in finance and accounting is an advantage
• You have already gained at least two years of professional experience in the finance sector
• You communicate confidently in German; additional language skills are a plus
• You are familiar with common ERP and MS Office systems and enjoy trying out new possibilities and helping to shape processes
