We are a multidisciplinary team of 60 people based in Geneva, advising real estate professionals, owners (real estate funds, pension funds, insurance companies, public sector, etc.) or managers regarding renovation investments within the framework of the energy transition. Our cross-disciplinary expertise and innovative solutions focus on CO₂ emissions to proactively contribute to the energy transition together with our clients and promote the sustainability of real estate portfolios.

Job Description
Your Responsibilities
In a dynamic team, you will support building owners and property managers in the energy monitoring of their properties, reducing energy consumption, and achieving their sustainability goals.
You will manage a diverse portfolio of different buildings and take on the following tasks in particular:
- Analysis of the energy efficiency of residential, office, and commercial buildings based on consumption and operational data
- Assessment of the energetic behaviour of buildings and identification of deviations, optimisation potentials, and possible causes of excess consumption
- Development of renovation and decarbonisation scenarios considering energy efficiency, technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, and economic conditions
- Support of owners in defining renovation strategies and investment planning in line with their climate, energy, and ESG goals
- Preparation of energy and sustainability reports as well as presentation of analyses and recommendations to various stakeholders – from technical managers and property administrators to asset managers, portfolio managers, and institutional investors
- Active participation in the further development of methods, analytical tools, and digital services to accelerate the energy transition and decarbonisation of the real estate stock
Qualifications
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in energy and environmental engineering, completed technical studies (FH/ETH/University) with a focus on energy, building technology, environment, or sustainability.
- Ideally, you have knowledge in energy analysis of buildings, operation of technical systems, or energetic renovation of real estate.
- You are passionate about analysing and optimising energy consumption.
- You have a strong affinity for digital tools and are proficient in using IT tools.
- You possess strong communication skills and active listening abilities.
- You are a team-oriented and innovative personality with an analytical and independent working style.
- You demonstrate commitment and willingness to learn as well as a high level of service and customer orientation.
- You have very good German skills; ideally Swiss German as well as good French skills, and you can clearly communicate technical analyses, reports, and recommendations in both languages.
