About the job
What you will achieve:
- Deputising for the Regulatory Affairs Officer within the scope of authority management
- Correct handling of notifications and business plan changes to the authorities
- Internal contact person for regulatory questions, review, advice and support in the implementation of new regulatory changes and projects
- Monitoring the implementation of new regulatory requirements as well as corresponding monitoring and reporting
- Coordination of on-site inspections and audits by the authorities (preparation, support and follow-up)
Why you will succeed:
- You have a successfully completed (technical) university degree and bring several years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or the insurance and/or service provider environment
- Short-term requests and tight deadlines are not stressful for you but a motivation. Even when legal deadlines set the pace and pressure increases, you remain motivated and show full commitment
- You are a strong communicator who can present regulatory topics clearly and is confident in dealing with authorities; your high quality standards, precise work and strong conceptual skills complete your profile
- You think in a networked way, act solution-oriented and convey new regulatory requirements clearly and practically
- You communicate fluently in German both orally and in writing. Good knowledge of French, Italian and English is a plus
