Your main tasks:

• Preparing and performing preventive maintenance on all technical systems including annual maintenance planning
• Regular rounds, inspections, and measurements 
• Accompanying and supervising third-party companies
• Carrying out minor repairs and relocations
• Processing maintenance tickets, technical statistics, orders, invoices, and lists
• Occasional Saturday shifts (approx. once a month)

Your profile:

• Completed technical training with a federal certificate (EFZ)
• Several years of professional experience in building technology, ideally in the electrical field
• Good PC skills and enjoyment in working with various internal tools
• Very good German skills and good English skills in spoken and written form
• High customer orientation as well as independent and structured working style
• Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register)
