In social pedagogical housing, we support adolescents and young adults with psychological burdens on their path to greater independence. In our housing offers, we assist them in managing their daily lives, strengthening their resources, and developing perspectives.

We are looking for an immediate or agreed start for a

Social Pedagogy Specialist (45% or 85%)
The 85% workload can also be shared between two people with approximately 45% each.

You will work in a committed, consistent team and take autonomous responsibility for a residential group with a maximum of five residents aged 16 to about 19 years.

That is why you are right with us,

• You accompany young people in everyday life – appreciatively, resource-oriented and on an equal footing
• As a key person, you support the young people individually in their personal development and promote their independence
• Cooking together, household management, leisure activities or group evenings are natural to you, and you create learning opportunities in everyday life and strengthen social skills
• You work interdisciplinarily with internal and external specialists and ensure reliable support
• Administrative tasks such as journal keeping, status assessments and documentation are carried out by you in a structured and responsible manner

Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 14:30 to 23:00 and one Sunday evening shift every six weeks.

• You have a Swiss qualification in Social Work HF/FH or in Childhood Pedagogy HF (for foreign professional diplomas, equivalence recognition must already be available)
• You have experience in supporting adolescents or young adults – ideally in residential care or dealing with psychological burdens
• You enjoy working independently, responsibly and solution-oriented
• Empathy, resilience, ability to reflect and a healthy sense of humour characterise you
