Domicil offers stationary services in care and support for senior women and men. With more than 20 locations and around 1,600 employees, Domicil is the number 1 in long-term care in the canton of Bern. Under the umbrella of Concara, we work together with Spitex Bern for integrated all-round care.Domicil Competence Centre Dementia Bethlehemacker is entirely dedicated to enabling people with dementia to experience an emotionally accessible living environment.

Your tasks
- Professional, personnel and organisational leadership of the nursing team
- Ensuring professional and person-centred care and support
- Promoting a trusting collaboration with residents and relatives
- Responsibility for electronic nursing documentation
- Ensuring correct and complete service recording
- Guaranteeing and continuously developing a high quality of care
- Promoting interprofessional collaboration
- Active participation in quality, development and change processes
- Co-responsibility for the successful implementation of projects and optimisation measures in the nursing sector
Due to the replacement new build of Domicil Bethlehemacker, your workplace will be in Bern-Bethlehem until the end of April 2027 and from May 2027 in Ostermundigen. As part of the transitional location, varied and instructive tasks with opportunities for co-design await you.

Your profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- First leadership experience necessary
- Experience in the dementia field is an advantage
- High social competence, strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Willingness to take responsibility and develop further in leadership tasks
- Resilient, solution-oriented and empathetic personality
