Managing Director / Head of Grain Collection Centre (m/f/d)

These tasks will inspire you

• Overall management: You lead and organise the entire grain collection centre.
• Producer support: You are the central contact person for our grain producers and maintain active communication with our customers.
• Quality management: You are responsible for the proper acceptance, quality inspection, storage, care and marketing of the grain.
• Team leadership: You lead, motivate and promote your core team as well as the seasonal harvest helpers.
• Profitability: You monitor operational processes, optimise procedures and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.

We look forward to this profile

• Education: Completed agricultural or mechanical basic training at least EFZ or training as a miller EFZ.
• Experience: Several years of professional experience in the agricultural sector as well as ideally initial leadership experience.
• Technical flair: Good understanding of mechanical processes as well as control of silo and conveyor systems.
• Personality: Organised, resilient and willing to work flexible shifts (including weekends) during the intense harvest period.
• Qualifications: Very good German skills, proficient use of MS Office, driving licence category B.
