Care Assistants in Community Health at the Department of Medicine
The Department of Medicine is looking for care assistants in community health from 60% to 100% for various services. Starting date: as soon as possible.
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the 5 Swiss university hospitals. Thanks to its collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, the CHUV plays a leading role in medical care, medical research, and education.
Our Department of Medicine is a pillar of CHUV's activity and has solid expertise in managing patients with multiple and complex conditions.
Its mission is to care for patients with the best medical, nursing, medico-technical, and administrative skills during their stay.
The Department of Medicine consists of:
- More than 1,600 employees
- 550 full-time equivalent nursing staff
- 13 specialties, including 2 centers (sleep center and obesity center)
Mission
- You collaborate closely in patient care within a multidisciplinary team and with the nursing team
- You provide varied, comprehensive, and individualized care under the delegation of a nurse and responsibly and autonomously support patients in aspects of daily living activities
- You deliver medico-technical care under the delegation of the nurse
- You perform administrative and logistical tasks related to patient care.
Profile
- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a care assistant in community health, mandatory
- You are a dynamic, committed, motivated person with a sense of responsibility
- You have knowledge of institutional software, an asset
- You demonstrate excellent mastery of the French language, both oral and written (level C1)
