Receptionist

The Plantahof is a service of the Department of Public Economy and Social Affairs and is the competence center for agricultural training and consulting in the Canton of Graubünden. In addition to the basic vocational school in agriculture, Plantahof offers various continuing education cycles, professional development courses, and conferences and is responsible for comprehensive consulting and the transfer of specialist knowledge in favor of Graubünden and Glarus agricultural and alpine farms and other circles dealing with agricultural issues. For these purposes, it also operates its own agricultural and experimental farm at four different locations along with two farm shops. It also has a conference center with a dormitory, auditorium, and cafeteria.
We are looking for a receptionist immediately or by agreement
- Support in welcoming customers at the telephone switchboard and in administrative tasks
- Assistance to our customers at reception and the counter
- Coordination of appointments for the conference center
- Management of bookings up to guest check-in and check-out
- Distribution of incoming mail
- Completed basic commercial training, ideally accompanied by experience in the hotel industry
- Familiarity with the use of hotel management software or booking software
- Strong ability to work in a team, reliability, and enjoyment in guest contact
- Independent, solution-oriented, and structured working method
- The working language is generally German. Knowledge of another cantonal language is an advantage.
