The Sales Marketing & Guest Relations Manager oversees the interface between the market and the hotel, between existing and potential guests, as well as between the front office and the back office.
It is a central hub that promotes the hotel's infrastructure along with its service offerings in global markets, acquires customers, and retains them through constant offers to the hotel. The position holder seeks contact with guests in the hotel and senses the pulse of satisfaction of the present customers.
Equally important as marketing the infrastructure is maintaining an ambiance in the hotel that offers and ensures the guest a second home during their stay.
