About the job
The Sales, Marketing & Guest Relations Manager oversees the interface between the market and the hotel, between existing and potential guests, as well as between the front office and the back office.

The post holder seeks contact with guests in the hotel and senses the pulse of satisfaction of the present customers.
Equally important as marketing the infrastructure is maintaining an ambience in the hotel that offers the guest a second home during their stay and ensures this.
