Following the increase in activity at our CMS and to complete our team, we are looking for a

Lead Nurse 80%

MISSION

• Provide nursing and basic care at the homes of people with physical, psychological dependency or a disability.
• Incorporate health promotion and prevention concepts into your practice.
• Implement clients’ care plans in collaboration with the CMS multidisciplinary team and the network.
• Act as the person responsible for the situation by performing clinical analyses and delivering and delegating quality services.

PROFILE

• Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing or equivalent qualification (Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas)
• Interest in home care and teamwork
• Ability to work independently and handle complex situations
• Excellent clinical analysis and negotiation skills
• Driving licence (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of common IT tools and the French language
