What you bring with you:

• Training as a site manager or a degree in architecture or civil engineering as well as several years of professional experience in site management in Switzerland.
• Proven experience with large, complex projects and very good knowledge of SIA standards (SIA 118/112) as well as contract and claims management.
• Openness to new execution methods.
• You think in processes and rhythm and want to deepen your knowledge in Lean Construction Management (LCM).
• Leadership skills, a high quality standard and negotiation skills.
• Confident handling of MS Project and Messerli as well as interest in digital tools such as BIM2Field.
• Experience with laboratory buildings or conversions in listed buildings is an advantage.

As a bridge builder between design and execution, you implement the architectural idea precisely and economically. You negotiate confidently with clients and authorities and communicate clearly. In the site management team in Bern, you pass on your knowledge and promote junior staff.
