Cook EBA 80%Job Description
- Preparation of various menus, assembling the salad buffet and desserts
- Production for catering and events (sandwiches, salads, hot and cold aperitifs, etc.)
- You support all stations, are deployable everywhere and assist with serving directly at the front
- You deliver food to other establishments
- Quality control and cleaning tasks in the kitchen are part of the daily duties
- Completed cook apprenticeship EBA or Progresso training in the kitchen field
- Experience in communal catering
- High standards for quality and service
- Happy to work at the front in guest contact
- Good communicator and team player
- Good spoken German and English skills
- Resilient, independent and flexible personality
- Friendly, professional and confident appearance, assertive, motivated
- You enjoy working in a lively environment and like dealing with people
- Driving licence is mandatory
