Starting August 1, 2026, we are looking for an apprentice as a polymechanic or production mechanic in our poly workshop in Andermatt.
Your Field of Activity
- As a polymechanic, you manufacture the mechanical components for our chassis, drives, and brake systems in perfect condition correctly and install them
- You work with turning, milling, drilling, and grinding machines as well as high-precision measuring instruments
- You regularly perform quality checks on your completed work and the workpieces
- In case of malfunctions, you repair and maintain the rolling stock and its individual parts
- During the four-year apprenticeship, you visit various departments and do internships: vehicle maintenance, assembly, electrical, and CAD
