independent asset management and financial planning and maintains long-term customer relationships over

To strengthen our team in the Operations area, we are looking for an experienced professional as a
Specialist in Payment Transactions 80-100%
Your area of responsibility:
- High-quality, timely, and efficient processing of incoming and outgoing payments and
payment orders (Switzerland and abroad)
- Standing orders, LSV+, eVV list payments
- Clarifications with correspondents and counterparties
- Contact and master data maintenance of correspondents and counterparties including key exchange
- Reconcile FX/MM confirmations and handle any discrepancies
- Clarify specialist questions regarding AML
- Various administrative tasks
This is how you convince us:
Education / Experience
- Basic training in the financial sector
- Several years of experience in domestic and international payment transaction processing
- Good knowledge of country-specific regulations in payment transactions
- Participation in projects
- Avaloq knowledge is an advantage
- Experience with peripheral systems such as SIC, SWIFT
- Good MS Office skills
Person:
- Native language: German as well as good English skills
- Personal maturity, reliability, and loyalty
- High quality standards as well as precise and structured working style
- Strong sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
