Your Tasks

• Independent and proactive customer support, building long-term relationships
• Comprehensive consulting, development of individual concepts and sale of products and services such as operational services (e.g. building control systems, energy monitoring systems, ZEV, VEWA, E-Mobility)
• Network maintenance and business development in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
• Acquisition of new customers through targeted prospecting as well as ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the entire sales process – from first contact to project handover
• Internal exchange with project management and development
• Preparation of complex offers according to customer-specific requirements

What You Bring

• Completed vocational training, further education at FH/HF level desired
• Technical background with sales experience
• Excellent social skills and strong networking talent
• Pronounced communication skills, negotiation skills and goal-oriented thinking
• A structured and independent way of working
• Affinity and willingness to learn about our technical solutions
• German, English and French are advantageous
• Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland (Category B driving licence)
