About the job

The Spitex Region Entlebuch supports and enables living at home for people of all ages who require care, support, or assistance through its services. Our comprehensive range of services includes somatic and psychiatric care, Palliative Plus, as well as domestic services for eight municipalities in the region.

Your role
• Care and support of adult clients with mental health impairments with the aim of enabling them to live an independent daily life at home
• Participation in ensuring leadership tasks in close collaboration with the team leader
• Responsibility for organising and coordinating the care process as well as taking on case responsibility
• Close networking and collaboration with other teams of our core services
• Active cooperation with external services, professionals, and specialist agencies

Your profile
• Completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH in psychiatry or as a qualified nurse HF/FH with further training in psychiatry (e.g. CAS Outpatient Psychiatric Care)
• At least two years of full-time professional experience in psychiatry for conducting needs assessments
• Enjoyment of responsible and independent work
• Strong communication skills as well as a respectful and goal-oriented working style
• Valid driving licence category B and preferably own vehicle
