We employ around 130 employees in the business areas of research & development, sales, production, assembly, service, and services at our two locations in Murgenthal and Rothrist. Your area of responsibility

• Leading the development department with technical and personnel responsibility
• Development of qualified systems in the field of railway technology from concept to series production
• Management of internal strategic projects including schedule, resource, and quality responsibility
• Technical clarification and support of the team with complex issues
• Close collaboration with sales, after-sales, technical project management, and production
• Participation in personnel decisions as well as targeted promotion and development of employees

Your profile

• Degree as an engineer ETH / FH, ideally in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
• Several years of leadership experience in a technical development environment
• Experience in the railway industry is an advantage
• Solid CAD knowledge, ideally with Autodesk Inventor
• Very good German language skills, English skills at negotiation level
• Structured, assertive personality with a high sense of quality and responsibility
