Skills
- Degree in engineering (ETH/FH), preferably in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- Strong CAD skills, ideally with Autodesk Inventor.
- Excellent German and negotiation-level English skills.

Your area of responsibility
- Leading the development department with technical and personnel responsibility
- Development of qualified systems in the field of railway technology from concept to series production
- Management of internal strategic projects including schedule, resource, and quality responsibility
- Technical clarification and support of the team with complex issues
- Close collaboration with sales, after-sales, technical project management, and production
- Participation in personnel decisions as well as targeted promotion and development of employees
Your profile
- Degree as an engineer ETH / FH, ideally in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
- Several years of leadership experience in a technical development environment
- Experience in the railway industry is an advantage
- Solid CAD knowledge, ideally with Autodesk Inventor
- Very good German language skills, English skills at negotiation level
- Structured, assertive personality with a high sense of quality and responsibility
