Your Tasks
- Management of demanding ICT, infrastructure and digitalisation projects from initiation to successful implementation and handover to operations
- Overall responsibility for project scope, quality, costs, deadlines, risks and the intended benefits
- Leadership of interdisciplinary project teams and external partners as well as ensuring efficient and goal-oriented collaboration
- Analysis and structuring of requirements and their transformation into sustainable, technically feasible solutions together with specialist departments and ICT experts
- Coordination of collaboration with ICT architecture, information security, operations and other stakeholders as well as ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines
- Active support of changes as well as transparent and target group-appropriate communication towards clients, steering committees and management
Your Profile
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable education and training
- Several years of experience in successfully managing demanding ICT, infrastructure or digitalisation projects
- Good technical understanding of ICT infrastructure, workplace and application solutions as well as their interaction in complex system landscapes
- Familiarity with established project management methods as well as requirements and change management; relevant certification is an advantage
- Analytical, structured and independent working style as well as strong communication and leadership skills in cooperation with specialist departments, ICT and external partners; experience in healthcare is an advantage
