You lead the Aftersales team in Oberglatt with local margin responsibility over a matrix organization and simultaneously bear the technical responsibility for the global aftersales of polymer and extrusion pumps.
Your exciting tasks
- Lead and coordinate IBS, service deployments, and repair orders as well as global responsibility for pump aftersales services in the group’s matrix organization
- Further develop structured customer complaint management and troubleshooting and coordinate damage assessments.
- Involve application technology in the project for process engineering questions and provide systematic feedback to product management for sustainable product and process improvement.
- Develop and support new service concepts and train worldwide service employees on pump applications
- Drive the sale of service offerings with input for the group
- Expand necessary capacity and qualification in the regions and coordinate capacity balancing and knowledge exchange regarding worldwide pump service locations
- Worldwide travel activity approx. 20%
What you can score with
- Mechanical basic training with technician, HF or bachelor’s degree
- Several years of experience as a service/field engineer in the industrial capital goods sector
- Strong business process knowledge/thinking
- Fluent in German and English, additional languages are desirable
- Experience as a team leader
- Strong customer orientation and at the same time a assertive personality
- High independence, solution orientation, and flexibility
