Polymechanic – Service Technician – Service Fitter / Service Technician – (Compressed Air and Process Gases) – interesting permanent position
Tasks
- Service and repair of existing compressor systems and nitrogen generators
- Service and repair of compressors on locomotives
- Maintenance and repair of refrigerated dryers (cooling systems)
- Modifications on locomotives
- Installation and commissioning of new systems
- Assembly of complete systems at customers
- Troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical components
- Manufacture of customised compressed air solutions and devices
- Instruction of operating personnel
- Service and maintenance of laboratory gas systems (nitrogen, hydrogen, etc.)
- On-call duty (approx. 6 to 7 weekend duties per year, with an average of one
- work deployment per calendar year)
Requirements
You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a mechanic (service) and have solid professional experience. Reliability, flexibility and a clean working method are your strengths. You are an outgoing personality who values customer contactOffer
