About the job
Shape the future with us as
Your contribution in our team
With your work, you truly make a difference at the interface of tourism, economy, society and sustainability. In an interdisciplinary expert team, you develop strategies and concepts for destinations, cantons, tourist organisations and private service providers. You analyse tourist demand, guest structures, offer development and sustainability impacts. In doing so, you consider ecological, social and economic aspects: from climate, resources and mobility to acceptance, quality of life and participation, as well as regional value creation and viable business models. You prepare results clearly and appropriately for the target audience in reports, presentations and decision-making bases. From the start, you take responsibility for varied projects in small, agile teams – always with room for your ideas, your personal development and your own style. You actively contribute, learn new things, take on responsibility and grow step by step – in an environment that values collaboration and mutual appreciation. In addition, you contribute to tenders, project acquisition and the further development of our tourism and sustainable development field at EBP.
