Right from the start: This is not an office job.

This role requires performance and very extensive expertise.

A team leader must know what their employees are achieving out there and must understand what is going on. That is why the training as a customer joiner is our primary focus.

Do you want to be allowed to do more and be able to do more? Are you ready to take on responsibility and accept the necessary skills for it?

What you need to bring

• Training as a joiner with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
• A valid driving licence
• Some practical experience as a customer joiner
• Swiss German or German is your mother tongue
• You are between 30 and 45 years old
• No fear of a computer and tablet

We expect from you everything you have always expected from your superiors. Leadership is spelled with a V here, it comes from "Vorbild" (role model).
