To strengthen our fiduciary team in Hünenberg, we are looking for an experienced, well-connected personality with leadership experience and solid fiduciary expertise.

This is what you can achieve at BE
- You lead, coach and support a motivated team of up to 4 employees and actively support their development.
- You are the contact person for our SME clients and provide comprehensive support in finance, VAT, personnel administration and social insurance.
- You ensure that accounting as well as monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements are prepared correctly, clearly and on time.
- You ensure precise VAT and social insurance calculations.
- You manage payroll accounting and personnel administration reliably and in a structured manner.
- If desired, you can take responsibility in exciting projects and actively contribute to the further development of our fiduciary department.
Your profile excites because you
- have a federal professional certificate in fiduciary services or are a certified fiduciary expert and bring solid practical experience.
- have already gained leadership experience and are ready to take responsibility for a team.
- are communicative, empathetic and team-oriented.
- think entrepreneurially and client proximity is a matter of course for you.
- approach challenges decisively with initiative and flexibility.
- want to inspire your team with your passion for your profession and people.
- are rooted and well connected in the Zug region.
- have confident German language skills; English and French skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
