Your important contribution

• You can focus on one person. With us, you care for one person after another - without the bell ringing simultaneously in two other rooms.
• You build personal relationships. In primary care, you get to know our clients, their habits and needs, and shape the care individually.
• You are independent on Spitex rounds in Burgdorf and the surrounding area. You take responsibility, have freedom in organising your work, and get fresh air between your assignments.
• You belong to a motivated team. We exchange experiences and support each other.
• You apply your expertise in basic care and support where it helps directly: with people who can live as independently as possible at home thanks to your support.
• You contribute your observations and ideas in exchange with case management and actively shape the care process.
• You document your care carefully and independently, creating a reliable basis for further support.

This is how you enrich our team

• You have completed training as a care assistant or AGS
• You enjoy working with elderly people and are committed to the diverse tasks
• You have a category B driving licence and preferably own a car
• You are available for assignments two to three mornings and/or two to three evenings.
• You work independently and with quality awareness and value careful care
• You have good German language skills, both spoken and written
