About the job
Do you combine entrepreneurial thinking with strong leadership skills and solid HR expertise? In this key position, you consolidate central corporate functions and actively shape the future of a diverse organisation as a member of the executive board.
Our client is a significant, economically oriented corporate group in the Central Plateau with several locations. Its fields of activity range from industrial production and diverse services to offerings with a social mission. The combination of market, economic efficiency, and social responsibility characterises the company. As part of a comprehensive organisational development, we have been commissioned to approach an experienced and entrepreneurial-minded individual as
Head of Shared Services – Member of the Executive Board
In this versatile leadership role, you will initially be responsible for HR, Marketing & Communications, Service Centre, as well as Intake & Social Counselling. At the same time, you will take on a central role in the ongoing organisational development and significantly shape the future direction of Shared Services. In the course of this transformation, the central functions will be newly consolidated, and your area of responsibility will be expanded to include Finance, IT, Digitalisation, and Infrastructure. You will lead experienced specialist managers, connect their competencies, and further develop Shared Services as a high-performing, economical, and service-oriented unit. In doing so, you will leverage synergies and actively drive digitalisation, standardisation, and optimisation of processes. As a member of the executive board, you will actively contribute to the leadership and further development of the entire company and act as a sparring partner for the CEO and your colleagues on the executive board.
HR holds particular importance, which you will lead directly in a dual role. Together with your HR team, you will substantially develop the HR organisation and create the conditions for modern and company-wide embedded personnel work. You will shape the HR strategy, further develop processes and tools, strengthen personnel and leadership development, and consistently drive digitalisation forward. You will confidently navigate between strategic design and operational reality and possess the necessary professional depth to competently handle demanding labour and social security law as well as personnel issues.
You have advanced education and training in Business Administration, General Management, Human Resources, or a comparable field and bring several years of leadership experience. Crucial is the combination of entrepreneurial thinking, broad business understanding, and pronounced HR competence. You are accustomed to thinking beyond your own discipline, leading different corporate functions on an equal footing, and achieving impact together with strong specialist managers. At the same time, you bring the professional and conceptual competence in Human Resources to sustainably develop the organisation. Experience in change, digitalisation, and organisational development projects rounds off your profile. With your integral, reliable, and solution-oriented personality, you build trust, provide orientation, and win people over for common goals and changes.
An exceptionally broad leadership role with entrepreneurial scope for design and direct influence on corporate development. Here, you not only take responsibility but actively shape the future organisation and its structures.
