Your responsibilities
Within the Real Estate & Development department, you represent the project owner and manage real estate projects from their study phase through to their operational launch. You analyse needs, assess project feasibility, and develop scenarios incorporating technical, regulatory, operational, and financial aspects. You prepare decision support files and transform approved projects into structured operational programmes. You then ensure the overall management of operations in compliance with the objectives set regarding costs, deadlines, quality, and risks. In this capacity, you coordinate the various stakeholders, manage contractors and companies, guarantee proper interface management, and provide reliable reporting to decision-making bodies. You also ensure the integration of operational, maintenance, and business continuity issues, up to the reception, commissioning, and closure of projects.
Your profile
Holder of a higher education degree in real estate, architecture, engineering, construction, or an equivalent field, you have proven experience in managing complex real estate projects, ideally in industrial, logistics, or commercial environments. Experience in project ownership, owner’s representative (AMO), or general contracting is particularly valued. You master the entire life cycle of a real estate project, from feasibility analysis to operational launch, and possess strong skills in project management, financial control, and risk management. You know how to represent the interests of the project owner, manage and challenge contractors and companies, analyse different scenarios, and provide informed recommendations. Your leadership, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, autonomy, and rigour enable you to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment while ensuring close coordination with operational teams.
