Salary - CHF75,000 - 85,000Our client is an established technology company that develops and realises sophisticated technical systems and components for international applications. The company combines development, manufacturing and technical services and supports its solutions through various phases.

Role:
As a polymechanic in engine maintenance, you work in a small, specialised team and are responsible for the manufacture, repair and maintenance of engine components, operating equipment and airfield facilities. With your expertise in CNC manufacturing and your high quality and safety awareness, you make an important contribution to the reliable operational readiness of the technical systems.
Responsibilities:
Working in a small and well-coordinated team in engine maintenance
Programming and manufacturing various workpieces on CNC-controlled machines
Manufacturing new parts and gauges according to technical drawings, regulations and sketches
Programming and manufacturing with hyperMILL CAD/CAM
Maintenance and repair of engine components, ground equipment and airfield facilities
Processing workpieces on conventional and CNC-controlled machines
Assisting with maintenance and upkeep of the machine park
Supporting the administration and care of testing equipment in the assigned area
Supporting the person responsible for testing equipment in the retrieval, management and organisation of the testing equipment
Ensuring high quality and safety standards in all work
Qualifications:
Completed basic training as a Polymechanic EFZ, specialising in manufacturing, or equivalent qualification
Solid experience in handling CNC-controlled machines and mechanical manufacturing
Ideally knowledge of hyperMILL CAD/CAM
Strong quality and safety awareness
High sense of responsibility and careful working method
Very good German skills as well as good English skills, especially in the technical environment
Structured, independent and reliable working style
Team-oriented, resilient and solution-focused personality
Willingness to engage with demanding technical tasks and specific manufacturing processes
