- Learning tasks, workflows, and processes in different residential groups
What you bring with you:
- Completed compulsory schooling
- Good knowledge of German
- Interest in social work
- Enjoyment in working with people, especially elderly people
- Cheerful, friendly, communicative, and open personality with a high willingness to learn and service orientation
- Enjoyment in organization and administrative tasks
