To complement our dedicated care team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe) who cares for and supports our residents with expertise and empathy.

• Comprehensive care and support of our residents according to their individual needs
• Ensuring care quality according to current standards
• Accompanying and supporting in everyday situations as well as promoting independence
• Willingness to take on daily responsibilities in your own department
• Taking over medical-technical tasks and documentation in the digital care system
• Guidance and support of trainees as well as support of the interdisciplinary team

• Joy in working with elderly people and a respectful approach
• Responsibility, independence, and teamwork skills
• Resilience and flexibility in shift work
• Willingness to continuously develop personally, professionally, and methodically
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
