Your main tasks include:
In this role, you will take on the professional leadership of the two-person HR team and advise other leaders on HR topics as part of the leadership team. You will not only have a conceptual task but also a position with a lot of room for design and real responsibility in everyday life. You will actively drive change, develop modern HR processes, promote corporate culture, and be involved in operational topics. From recruitment to personnel development to strategic HR issues, you will contribute at all levels.
- You will work operationally. Whether recruitment, payroll systems, labor law, or HR metrics – you will step in where needed.
- You will not only bring ideas but also implement them concretely. Whether HR strategy, culture development, or employee experience, you will actively shape.
- You will develop and realize modern HR instruments such as talent management, personnel development, and performance systems.
- You will advise and accompany leaders at eye level and take responsibility in complex conversation situations.
- You will contribute to the development of a common, values-oriented corporate culture. Your eloquence and intercultural sensitivity support nationwide collaboration.
- You will be jointly responsible for the vocational training of our apprentices and actively shape benefits, regulations, and compensation systems.
Your profile:
- A completed commercial training or a degree with a solid HR further education, such as HR manager with federal diploma or an equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience in an HR leadership role, preferably in a dynamic SME or a service-oriented environment.
- High implementation strength with the ability to work strategically and operationally.
- Experience in change management and organizational development.
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labor law and social insurance.
- Fluent in German and French, both spoken and written.
- A high level of communication strength, consulting competence, and self-reflection.
- Enjoyment in shaping processes, questioning the existing, and implementing new things.
