You will

• lead the branches both in terms of personnel and expertise
• be responsible for achieving the strategic goals
• advise private and business customers in the areas of investments, financing and pension provision
• manage your own customer portfolio and further expand your network of relationships
• actively promote and sell our banking products and services
• work closely with the various business areas

You bring

• a banking-specific or business administration education and training (banking diploma, HFBF, HFW, FH etc.)
• several years of experience in banking as well as in team leadership
• a dynamic, solution- and leadership-oriented personality with excellent communication skills
• a strong service orientation and the ability to recognise customer needs
• a broad network of relationships and ideally a strong regional anchoring
