What to expect

• Guidance, promotion and support of our students/trainees in practical and theoretical training (approx. 50%)
• Practical relevance through work in the care and support of our residents (approx. 30-50%)
• Responsibility for learning support and the organisation of studies/training
• Planning and coordination of learning support for trainees in collaboration with the department head and the vocational education coach
• Co-responsibility for detailed nursing documentation

Your qualifications

• Completed training as a Dipl. Registered Nurse HF
• At least two years of professional experience in nursing is an advantage
• Commitment to vocational training and knowledge of the Swiss education system
• Pedagogical further training SVEB I is an advantage or willingness to undertake it
• Independent, motivated and resilient personality
• Enjoyment of the profession and training young people
• Strong sense of responsibility and high quality awareness
