Introduction
An innovative logistics company in the Wohlen area is looking for a Workflow Coordinator (m/f/d)
Tasks
- Responsibility for the active monitoring and control of the entire goods flow - from goods receipt through highly automated storage areas to timely provision at the packing stations.
- Ensuring efficient material supply for over 1,000 employees through proactive coordination and operational control.
- Monitoring order intake and supporting the Warehouse Shift Managers in capacity, resource, and deployment planning.
- Coordination and communication with internal departments as well as external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Continuous analysis of goods flows and operational key figures, early identification of deviations, and initiation of appropriate countermeasures.
- Active participation in the optimisation of logistical processes and the further development of automated procedures within a modern logistics environment.
Profile
- Several years of experience in an automated logistics or supply chain environment with a solid understanding of overall logistics processes.
- Technical understanding of conveyor technology and automated material flow systems as well as confident handling of warehouse management and control systems such as Probas, Control Tower or PlantUI.
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as strong communication skills in dealing with different stakeholders.
- Structured, solution-oriented and resilient working style with the ability to prioritise and maintain an overview even under high workload.
- Quick comprehension and pronounced analytical thinking in complex system landscapes as well as the ability to convey contexts clearly and appropriately for the target audience.
- High resilience and agility in dynamic operational environments with changing requirements and priorities.
- Continuous improvement as a personal claim: critically questioning existing processes and developing and driving innovative, more efficient and more automated solutions.
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system as well as high flexibility and reliability.
