- You lead a team of seven experienced pricing actuaries.
- You are responsible for the annual update and further development of the collective tariff of AXA Leben AG (risk and cost tariff), including internal approval and submission to FINMA.
- You are responsible for the operational pricing of the collective foundation and reinsurance business (new and existing business), for compliance with AXA's underwriting guidelines and those of the AXA collective foundations, as well as for compliance with regulatory requirements.
- You regularly and convincingly represent your topics in the relevant committees, even under pressure.
- You and your team drive the further development of operational pricing processes.
- You and your team contribute your expertise across teams for the further development of AXA's occupational pension offering.
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- Several years of professional experience and technical affinity in pricing within occupational pensions
- Experience in managing specialised staff in an actuarial field
- Strong presentation skills for interaction with sales and internal AXA stakeholders
- Quantitative background with a Master’s degree and qualification as an Actuary SAV; further training in Data Science is an advantage
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English, French is an advantage
- Willingness for continuous personal and team development
